Her basic purpose is to make her customers and employees happy tomorrow as they are today.

The quality management system, in case that it is applied correctly in a correct organization, is the most important phenomenon which increases the productivity and production and which can make the employees as well as the customers happy. Because of this, establishing a quality spirit inside the correct organization, not stable, living, developing and renewing itself will be our primary target.

RSA, which is aware that establishing and sustaining the quality management system is only possible with work force which was and is trained and contemporary hardware, will provide the necessary technological support and suitable working environment by caring the training of the employees.

Our company fulfills the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and which has certified this. As required by the certification standards, every year, monitoring audit is made. EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system establishes an important step of our company taken to the total quality. All managers of RSA Tesisat Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. are responsible for:

• Establishing the organizational structures related with their departments, the quality of the services given to the customer, understanding the requirements of quality system well, and applying them completely in their organizations,
• Mentioning the quality policies to the ones working in their department, ensuring that they are understood well and the necessities are completely applied,
• Determining the training requirements for the employees doing their duties completely and providing the training means,
• Defining the processes in their departments, documenting and reviewing the progress of these processes periodically,
• Reviewing the factors affecting the quality,
• Planning the co-studies with the quality management department and other departments for solving the problems,
• Establishing and ensuring the sustainability of the corrective action monitoring systems which will prevent all kinds of problems which may occur in the services given to the customer from happening again,

• Determining, planning and applying the duties in their part for the company realizing the quality targets,
• Ensuring that the safety and health conditions are followed across the processes under them,

WORKERS’ HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The workers’ health and safety policy of RSA Tesisat Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is “0 (zero) work accident”. In order to reach this target, also considering the quality management system;

• Ensuring the health and safety of the personnel working in the borders of the factory and all people coming to visit,
• Selecting the operations compatible with the workers’ health and safety standards in the production stage and making studies,
• Minimizing the risks arisen from the machinery, tools, devices, lathes, material movements, and tools helping the production,
• Minimizing the potential dangers arisen from the working environment,
• Planning the health activities and creating healthy working conditions,
• Raising awareness by training all employees about the workers’ health and safety,
• Procuring the personal protective equipment, compatible with the standards, and ensuring that suitable equipment is used where necessary
